We ship all orders from Frisco TX within 4 business days of receiving the order.

Return Policy

We strive to provide excellent customer service. We have live chat support and email support to assist our customers. Our return policy is here to set clear expectations and to prevent returns fraud and abuse. 


30 Days

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. Original packaging is required. S/H is not refundable. Please contact us first before shipping back items so we can check your eligibility for a refund and provide return instructions. Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 3 business days to the same form of payment. For hygienic reasons, no refund will be provided for used items.

- If you received free shipping, then the S&H fee to your shipping zone will be deducted from a refund. 

- If you received a discount on bundle/combo/package purchase and only return part of the combo deal, the total combo discount will be subtracted from your refund.

- We are not responsible for shipping costs associated with late package arrivals, return, or undeliverable packages.

- If you are missing an item from your package, please provide a picture of the shipping label which also serves as the packaging label so we can assist further.

90 Days Warranty for CARLIN only:

If products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by sending a replacement. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us right away so we can resolve any issues. You can contact us by sending a message to [] or via chat support. Please include a picture clearly showing the defect. If deemed eligible, we provide a free replacement within 90 days of purchase.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and confirmed unused, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.


- Due to the high shipping cost, all sales are final.

- All incoming taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the shipping cost. OZZOC LLC is not liable or responsible for the customs charges and taxes levied by your country.
